Our first impression of Downright Construction was that they were professional & knowledgeable. We were having trouble finding someone to fix our problem and a Landscape Architect recommended Downright Construction to us. Once contacted they were promptly on to the job. We wanted to be sure that our roofing problem would be fixed. Downright Construction were very professional & confident from the start. That in turn gave us reassurance and confidence that the job would be done to the highest standard. We had one challenge (to do with the spouting outflow) and Downright Construction called in a spouting expert to ensure that the problem was solved correctly. They were pleasant and professional to deal with. They kept us in the loop through the whole job via regular text messages. We would definitely recommend them.
