I wanted a company who would manage all the trades and provide a complete service (so I could remain undistracted from my day job). My wife is a stay at home mum who was home during the whole renovation and she said that all the tradies were very polite and helpful. I added quite a few changes to the original plan and the guys were real accommodating.
